Who can join this programme?

The summer holiday programme at LSTC is for anyone who is a member of Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club. Places are booked on a first come first serve basis and there is no priority for anyone who is already in the regular term time coaching programme. 

Membership exemptions: 

• Under 5s do not require a membership to join the coaching courses. 
• Adult coaching courses can be booked as a non-member (additional fee required)

Which classes are running?

For the summer holiday programme we'll be running a smaller version compared to the regular term time programme. There is every type of class running, just not as many of them. We recommend that players get booked into the programme as soon as possible in order to secure the limited number of spaces available. 

What if my regular class isn't running?

• As some regular classes aren't running, players may find that they have to book an alternative group class in order to attend the summer programme. Players can book any class that is the same age and standard as their regular termly session.

Offers and discounts

Our usual sibling and multiple booking discounts are available, as per our usual programme. However for the summer holiday programme, we've got a 20% early bird discount offer which runs until July 18th at 7pm where prices will automatically change back. 

What if I can't attend a session?

As with the regular term time sessions, we will always do our best to provide make up sessions to those who are unable to attend a particular class. For ths summer holiday programme, each player can make up 1 class that they are unable to make. Parents/players must contact DRH Sports at least 48 hours before missing the session by emailing [email protected]. Make up classes are subject to availability and must be made up within the same term/programme as the missed class.
