    This Adult Beginners 1 coaching course is for players ages 18+ who are in the beginner stage of their tennis development. 
    Half Term 1 - 8 Weeks 

    Term Begins: Monday 1st September 2025

    Term Dates: Sept: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, Oct: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd

    Term Ends: Sunday 21st December 2025

    This course is held outdoors at Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club

    This outdoor adult begiiners coaching group is for anyone aged 18+ including those new to the game of tennis. Over the term you will be taught the basics in tennis. Grips and the Path/Angle/Speed (PAS) of the racket for all groundstroke shots and serve will be covered. Alongside this you will also be taught the basics in tactical play such as the 5 different game situations (serving, returning serve, both players at the baseline, approaching the net, passing your opponent).
