    This Cardio Tennis adult coaching course is for players ages 18+ who are in the intermediate stage of their tennis development.

     

     

    Term Begins: Monday 5th January 2026

    Term Dates: Jan: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, Feb: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, Mar: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

    Term Ends: Sunday 29th March 2026

    This course is Pay As You Go which means you have to book the course dates separately. 

    The content of this course comprises mainly of tennis drills to music. The class is up beat and high intensity
