Booking an LSTC coaching course

Below are the steps you need to take when booking a Letchworth Sports & Tennis Club coaching course for the first time. The steps include registering for tennis club membership (which is required for all those joining our coaching courses*) and registering for the coaching courses. 

Tennis Club Membership 
Tennis club membership is a requirement set by Letchworth Sports & Tennis Club for all those registering for coaching courses with the exception of any Mini Tots coaching course or any adult coaching course as all adult coaching courses can be purchased either as a member or non-member (non-member fees are higher than member fees). 

All junior memberships run from April 1st to March 31st each year and can be purchased at anytime within that period. If a junior player registers for membership after the year has begun, then a pro rata fee is calculated. 

All adult membership fees start from the time they are taken out and can be paid for either in monthly instalments or in a single lump sum for 12 months. To view all membership fees and info, please go to https://www.lstc.org.uk/ or contact [email protected].

Once a mini/junior player has registered for the coaching course, they must ensure that membership registration has been completed before the first day of attendance. If this is not completed, Letchworth Sports & Tennis Club reserve the right to refuse any player from taking part in the coaching course until membership is completed (why is membership required?). 

The Coaching Course
In order to book the coaching courses via this website, the below steps need to be followed. 
 

  • Go to www.drhsports,co,uk and register for an account as a parent/adult - Ensure that you register as the parent or adult and not as the child. 
     
  • Once the initial registration is complete, you'll arrive at the My Family page. If you are an adult looking to book a course, then you'll need to click on the icon with your name on and complete the 4 sections for yourself. If you plan to book a child on a course or camp, then you'll need to add them here (again, filling out all 4 sections for them). 
     
  • Once all family members have been added then in the main site menu go to: Our Services > Tennis Coaching, then click Book a Course and then select the tennis club you wish to book. Make sure you select the correct tennis club with the correct term (Summer / Autumn / Spring) next to it. 
     
  • You'll then arrive at the page where all the coaching courses on offer are listed along with some information about that tennis club, coaching programme and the course fees. Locate the course you wish to book and click the More Info button. 
     
  • You'll then arrive at the course detail page where you'll need to select a player from your account and then click Book Now. This will then add the course to the basket (attached to that player). If you wish to add another player you can go back and repeat the same process or you can continue to the checkout. 
     
  • Once at the checkout, please follow the onscreen steps to complete the payment and booking. FYI the course prices are updated each week to reflect the number of classes remaining in the term. 
     
  • After the completed order, you'll receive a booking confirmation email and a course info email. You can always check your 'My Bookings' within your account to see what you have booked.
