    This Adult Improvers 2 coaching course is for players aged 18+ years old who are in the beginner / intermediate stage of their tennis development.

    Term Begins:  Monday 31st August

    Term Dates: Sept: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, Oct: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st Nov: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, Dec: 5th, 12th, 19th

    Term Ends: Sunday 20th December

    This group is for anyone aged 18+ including those new to the game of tennis. Over the term you will be taught the basics in tennis. Grips and the Path/Angle/Speed (PAS) of the racket for all groundstroke shots and serve will be covered. Alongside this you will also be taught the basics in tactical play such as the 5 different game situations (serving, returning serve, both players at the baseline, approaching the net, passing your opponent).
