IntermediateThis Adult Beginners coaching course is for players aged 18+ years old who are in the beginner stage of their tennis development.
Term begins: Week commencing Jan 4th and runs for 9 weeks
Session Dates: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th April, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th May
This group is for anyone aged 18+ including those new to the game of tennis. Over the term you will be taught the basics in tennis. Grips and the Path/Angle/Speed (PAS) of the racket for all groundstroke shots and serve will be covered. Alongside this you will also be taught the basics in tactical play such as the 5 different game situations (serving, returning serve, both players at the baseline, approaching the net, passing your opponent).
