AdvancedThis Orange Performance coaching course is for children aged 8-9 years old who are an advanced players invited into our performance programme.
30 minutes fitness included
Term begins: Week commencing Jan 4th and runs for 11 weeks
Session Dates: Jan 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th. Feb 3rd, 10th, 24th. Mar 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th.
There will be no coaching during half term (Feb 15th - 21st 2021)
In our Orange Performance groups we aim to teach our players the more advanced elements of red stage tennis in a fun environment, with plenty of competitive play.
Throughout a term the coaching team will cover advanced technique and tactical play in order to prepare the players for matches. The players in our performance programme are expected to be playing multiple times per week, having regular 1to1 lessons along with playing competitions.
